Our furniture range is supplied as part of every full marquee installation — but individual items are also available for standalone hire for weddings, parties and events across Herefordshire and Powys. Every chair in our range is chosen for quality and finish. Whether you're going for a rustic countryside feel or a more classic, dressed reception, there's an option to suit. All chairs are available with or without seat pads depending on preference.

By far our most popular chair hire for weddings. The Chivari style of chair has a spindle back whilst the lime washed effect allows some of the natural wood colour to come through the white wash of the chair.

Table Hire

Our standard round wedding table seats ten persons comfortably however you can accommodate up to twelve. This traditional table is perfect for guests to mingle in a larger group as well as provide extra space for table displays and serving area.

These beautifully hand-made rustic Oak Trestle Tables from a local furniture maker really do bring about a natural, bespoke and homely feel. Whether left undressed or indeed lightly decorated with table runners, these tables really do set the seen for a more country feel to your wedding reception.
Maximum of six Guests (Three per side)

This versatile table can be used in a manner of different ways from dining to reception drinks, gift table, catering and bar use etc. For formal seating, we would recommend a maximum of six guests per table and for a wedding top table arrangement, a maximum of three guests per table.

These smaller tables are typically used as a wedding cake tables as they don't require as much room to display. Perfect for the corner of the marquee or reception room.
Calculating the number of tables you will need.
Once you’ve determined who will be joining you for the wedding breakfast and what kind of tables you would like to hire, let’s take a look at how many tables you will need to comfortably seat everyone.
6ft Round Tables
These tables can comfortably seat 10 guests. We’ve seen that you can fit up to 12 people at a table, but in our experience 10 is the ideal number.
The extra space allows you to accommodate high chairs and anyone who needs a bit more room.
6ft Trestle Tables
These 6ft long by 2ft 6” tables are perfect to accommodate 6 seated guests (three either side of the table).
If you are having a traditional “top table”, you should allow 3 tables for this. allowing up to nine guests to be on the head table.
